Q: Will I have the ability to end the sharing session at any time?
Absolutely. To end the sharing session, simply close the Zolved Remote Viewer.

Q: Will you be able to go through my personal files?
In order to perform any repair service full access to your computer's hard drive is necessary. We do not under any circumstances browse or open any personal files without your permission to do so. For more information see our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy

Q: Is the use of this remote software safe & secure?
Yes. The session is completely private. No one can tap into the connection without having the secret pin number.

Q: Will my Anti-Virus or Firewall conflict with the sharing connection?
No. This software was designed to work through this and keep your computer protected at all times!

Q: Will we have to stay on the phone during the entire session?
No. As soon as we establish the connection, you can go about your business and wait for a call alerting you that your computer is repaired!

Q: After the repair is finished, will you be able to access my system?
No. When we connect to your system we need to be given a secret pin number which only you can see. When we end the session that secret pin is obsolete and for us to reconnect, we would need a new pin number which is randomly generated by the software.

Q: When & How do I pay for the remote service?
First we connect to your pc and diagnose the problem. Then you will be quoted a price for the service in its entirety with no hidden or hourly fees. Before we perform the service you will provide payment through Paypal's Secure Payment Network. As soon as the payment process is complete we will begin the repair!
