The fees for the Service Plans are specified on our website or in the agreement. The Customer agrees to pay the fees in full and on time.

The Customer authorizes the Company to charge the agreed fees through the chosen payment method. In case of non-payment, the Company may suspend or terminate the Services.

Service Delivery

The Customer can request support through the designated channels provided by the Company, including phone, email, or online chat.

3.2 Access and Information:

The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the company to deliver the services effectively. The customer may be required to grant remote access to their devices or systems for troubleshooting purposes.

The customer agrees to cooperate with the company's support representatives and follow their instructions in order to resolve the issues effectively.

3.4 Service Availability:

The company will make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted services. However, there may be circumstances beyond the company's control that can affect service availability, and the company will not be held liable for any resulting damages.

Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for maintaining and updating their devices, software, and systems in order to ensure compatibility with the services.

4.2 Backup and Data Loss:

The customer is solely responsible for backing up their data, and the company shall not be liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur during or after the provision of the services.

Intellectual Property

The company retains all intellectual property rights to its proprietary software, tools, and materials used to provide the services.

The customer is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use any software provided by the company solely for the purpose of receiving the services.

Limitation of Liability
